Refund Policy

Refunds:

• We do not provide cash refunds for items shipped and sold.
• You may cancel your order as long as the parcel have not been shipped. Please note that once a courier consignment number is issued, the order is considered shipped and may no longer be cancelled. WhatsApp +60123908535 to cancel your order.
• For eligible cancellations, we will proceed to issue your refund via store credit. Your store credit voucher is valid for a 1 year duration from the date of cancellation.
• For items that are out of stock, we will notify you via WhatsApp and refund you via bank transfer.
• Discount and voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.
